A solar water heater is consisted of:
Boiler: for the boiler’s construction a piece of copper is used of similar dimension. Then it is formed in wringer and different parts are assemblied bonding of welding TIG (homogenic welding) giving the interior part of the boiler. At the next stage, the hydrodynamics behavior is checked by forcing hydraulic pressures to ensure tightness and reliability. In the final stage, the exterior cylindrical cover is manufactured by using a piece of stainless sheet metal 304L and the side lids. The empty space, created between the interior and the exterior casing, is filled with ecological polyurethane foam which is produced by mixing two substances isocyanate and polyol.
Solar collector: for manufacturing the solar collector, a piece of aluminum sheets is formed into hydraulic brakes and takes its final form of framework of the collector. Then its interior part is formed by copper pipes which are cut and assembled along the frame in parallel provision. The frame is being painted in a chamber by using pistol and specially designed color that absorbs solar radiation. In the end of the manufacturing procedure the crystal cover is placed by using high temperature silicone in order to achieve full waterproofing.
Cradle: for manufacturing the cradle, paint galvanized iron materials are required which are then cut, shaped and welded by welding.
